This page explains what personal data we process when you contact us or book an appointment, why we process it, and the rights you have. We collect only what's needed to reply to you and arrange your appointment.
Who is responsible

Enquiries and appointments
When you message us on WhatsApp or call, we see your phone number and the messages you send. We use them only to reply and arrange your appointment. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
Online booking (Zoyya)
Online bookings are handled through the Zoyya platform. The details you enter there (name, contact, chosen service and time) are processed under Zoyya's own privacy policy; Zoyya acts as a separate processor.
Google Maps
The map on the site loads only after you click and consent. Google then receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, governed by Google's privacy policy. We remember your choice with a single browser entry ("lunami:maps-consent"); it stays on your device and you can clear it at any time.
No tracking
We use no analytics or advertising trackers, and have no user accounts or contact forms. Apart from the map preference above, we store nothing on your device.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and to object, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us on WhatsApp or by phone.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP, azop.hr).
